What is the first thing I need to do when considering to sell my home?
The first step is to give me a call to schedule an appointment. During this meeting, I’ll present you with the latest market report and discuss the appropriate listing price for your home. Besides the listing price, there are other factors to consider, such as updates and the size of the lot. Remember, there are no dumb questions, so feel free to ask as many as you need. A good rule of thumb is to consult with a licensed agent!
How will you find potential buyers for my property?
With my brokerage at Local Realty Agency, we are highly trained to market your property utilizing all the current trends which we train every week for . The service we use will market through other websites to give your property more exposure fast. In addition, I am very comfortable hosting open houses and alerting your neighborhood about your upcoming to sale. Social media is my forte, so I will be taking pictures and video of your home. The more marketing, the better!

How long does it take to get to closing?
Usually a closing could be from 30-45 days. The best scenario is to make sure your home is sold and immediately turn around and put a contract on your new home. There are times where I would ask the buyer to allow us a "leaseback" to give you more time to pack your things so you can be less stressed.
Note: A leaseback is where you can remain at your home after you closing. *Certain conditions may apply.
